Refund policy

At QwikMart, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


🔁 Return Window

  • Customers can request a return within 5 days of receiving the product.

  • Return requests made after 5 days will not be accepted.


✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • The product must be in the same condition as received.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Returns without an unboxing video may be rejected.

After approval, we will share instructions for returning your product.

⚠️ Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


🚚 Return Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.

  • A fixed return fee of ₹80 will be deducted.


❗ Damaged, Defective & Wrong Products

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • A wrong item

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Unboxing video

  • Clear photos (if required)

We will evaluate and provide a suitable solution.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Beauty and personal care products

  • Used or opened items

  • Items without unboxing video

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Please contact us if you are unsure about your product’s eligibility.


🔄 Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only in case of:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged product

Conditions:

  • Unboxing video is mandatory

  • Exchange request within 5 days

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.


❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping only.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

To cancel, contact us via email or WhatsApp.


💰 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified about approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refund will be processed:

    • To original payment method, or

    • To bank account (for COD orders)

⏳ Refund Timeline:

  • Processed within 7–10 working days after approval.

Bank processing time may vary.

If you have not received your refund after 15 working days, please contact us.
