At QwikMart, we aim to provide reliable and timely delivery of your orders. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how your orders are processed and delivered.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within India only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM).

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.


3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

QwikMart is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or factors beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹499.

  • Orders below ₹499 may include a shipping charge, which will be displayed at checkout.

All applicable shipping charges are shown before you complete your purchase.


5. Courier Partners

We use trusted courier partners to ensure safe delivery, including:

  • Ecom Express

  • Delhivery

  • Shadowfax

  • ExpressBees

  • BlueDart

  • SAJ Courier

  • Tri Speed

  • Unique 5PL

The courier partner is selected based on your delivery location and service availability.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via:

  • Email

  • SMS

You can use these details to track your shipment in real time.

If you do not receive tracking information, please contact our support team.


7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification

Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

For COD orders:

  • Verification may be done through call or WhatsApp.

  • Orders will be shipped only after successful verification.

If verification is unsuccessful, the order may be cancelled.


8. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate.
QwikMart is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, re-delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package is damaged or missing upon delivery:

We will investigate and assist you as per our Return & Refund Policy.


9. Shipment Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Courier network issues

  • Government restrictions

  • High-volume periods (sales, festivals, etc.)

Such delays are beyond our control and do not make us liable for compensation.
